Fees

Insurance clients will be given a receipt for services rendered which can be presented to the client’s insurance company for reimbursement. Please note: Insurance compensation will be determined by your insurance provider. Client is responsible for paying fees at the time of service.

For new clients, and returning clients whom have not been seen for over one year, initial evaluations are scheduled for one 75-minute appointment (fee: $135). Counseling sessions thereafter will be scheduled for 50-minutes (fee: $90), with extended sessions being an option.

Extended sessions will be prorated. Rate will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with your counselor during the initial intake session.

Phone calls are free for the first 5 minutes. Any 15-minute portion thereafter is $20.

Accepted forms of payment: Cash, check, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, HSA card, or Paypal. Please make checks out to Compass Counseling & Consulting, LLC. If you are paying with cash, please bring exact change. Sessions are prepaid or payed at the end of each session. Please note: If you are prepaying for your session, please first consult the sliding scale document above to determine the fee amount.

Clients will be charged the entire fee for any session that was either missed or cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hour notice given to the counselor.
