New & Returning Client Request

Please be aware that, at the moment, we are only accepting new and returning adult clients for individual counseling. We are not conducting couples, family, or group counseling at this time.

All our available sliding scale slots are occupied at the moment, but you may check back, as this page will be updated as slots becomes available.

Please note that we do not bill client health insurance, however, clients may be able to pursue out-of-network reimbursement for counseling services through their health insurance, if their plan includes such care. Please contact your health insurance provider for more information.

Business hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last appointment starts at 6 p.m.), and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all counseling sessions will be conducted via teletherapy (secure phone and/or video sessions) for the foreseeable future.

Clients who are experiencing suicidal, self-harm, or homicidal thoughts or urges, or who require emergency services, may be better served by another clinic where after-hours and crisis services are available.

For new clients, and returning clients who have not been seen for over one year, initial evaluations are scheduled for one 75-minute appointment (fee: $135). Counseling sessions thereafter will be scheduled for 50-minutes (fee: $90), with extended sessions being an option.

Once your information from the New/Returning Client Form below is received, it will be reviewed and we will do our best to respond as soon as we are able to. You can expect to hear back from us via email within 4-6 business days. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Due to availability, your specific clinical needs, and a number of other factors, we are not always able to accept everyone seeking services. Please accept our apologies in advance. We will do our best to provide suggestions for alternative mental health services, if we are unable to accommodate your needs.
